What's In Store For San Antonio's 2010 Home Buyer?

If you’re you’re hoping to buy a San Antonio area home in 2010, congratulations! You’ll find a housing market that decidedly gives you a buyer’s advantage.

Why? There’s a large inventory of quality resale homes. Although creeping upward, mortgage loan rates remain at a near historic low. For those who qualify, the Federal government’s home buyer incentive program is literally paying people to buy homes. There’s more information about that program here:

There’s a slight downside if you’re hoping to purchase a new construction home. The inventory of available newly built homes is unusually low. Consequently, if the new home demand outpaces supply, the builders will likely offer fewer buyer incentives.

San Antonio’s exceptionally vibrant economy and perennially stable housing market make it hard to resist buying a home here, so, don’t try - buy!

We’re here to help. Our goal is to help you find you the best home, in the best neighborhood, for the best price, and under terms and conditions most favorable for you.
