What's Happening In San Antonio Easter 2011 Weekend

Community-Wide Helicopter Easter Egg Drop, Benefiting the San Antonio Food Bank

This special Easter event offers fun for the whole family.  There will be games, inflatables and lots of  giveaways delivered in a special way.

It's on Saturday, Apr 23 9:30 a.m. at Lopez Middle School, 23103 Hardy Oak Blvd, San Antonio, TX 78258.

Imagine!

Just look up in the sky! It’s a bird. It’s a plane. No, it’s a helicopter flying high above the San Antonio skies, ready to unload 30,000 toy and candy-filled eggs onto the grounds of Lopez Middle School.

Admission is free, but guests are asked to bring a non-perishable food item, and the San Antonio Food Bank truck will be on-hand to collect donations. read more
