I was talking to a buddy of mine who owns a landscaping company and he told me that one of the best things you can do to up the resale value of your home is to invest, either time or money, in some decent lawn care. The prettier it looks on the outside, the more potential buyers will be willing to spend because they'll have less to complain about.
