San Antonio Real Estate Fact of the Day:  The 2010 residential property tax rate for far west Bexar County homes in the Medina Valley Independent School District is only 2.19% - one of the lowest tax rates in the county. Consequently, the tax on a $100,000 home in the area is $2,190.

Median List Price: $178,000 - Rising Slowly
Average List Price: $267,840 - Stable

Projected Average Sales Price For Listings Under Contract: $170,949 Rising Slowly
