Who Does Your San Antonio Realty Agent Represent?

At sanantoniohomequest.com, we believe an educated home buyer is a wise buyer. That’s why we've compiled a series of easy to remember essential hints for our home buyer guests. Here’s a really important hint:

Be cautious when a real estate professional doesn’t promptly disclose exactly who he or she is representing. Insist on written disclosure.

Why? Because Texas law requires real estate professionals to give written notice disclosing who represents whom in Texas real estate transactions.

There is an exception. New home builder site sales representatives aren’t required to provide the notice since it’s evident they represent their builder employers.

If you have questions or need advice or assistance with your San Antonio area realty needs, please call or send and E-mail. We'lll be happy to help.
