The average list price is $251,184.83.
The average listing is on the market 83 days.

In October, 2006, 3,287 single residential properties were listed
1699 were sold.
The average list price was $175,512.
The average sale price was $171,036.
The ratio of list to sale price was 97.45%.
The sold properties averaged 57 days on the market.

Trends indicate a buyers' market.
